CRB is happy to work with sellers in a variety of ways. In principal, CRB works on an exclusive basis with sellers.  This is the most effective and highly targeted way to sell your business.  If you are serious about selling your business and ready to move it quickly, this is the program for you.

The Open Listing

CRB will also work with you on an open listing basis.  This program is suited for those that are leaning towards a sale but not ready to actively market their business.  We will work with you registered buyers to announce your business.  Should we have interest, we will contact you and set up a meeting.  We collect our commission, then, only on such introductions.  Although this process is typically slower and not as targeted, it might be suited for those without a definite time frame to sell.
