Clear Rock is pleased to announce the sale of Cellgear.com, one of the
nations leading internet based retailers in the highly competitive cell
phone accessories category. Clear Rock initiated and advised on the
transaction. The company has been purchased by a private buy-out
company. Terms of the sale were not immediately disclosed. Clear Rock advised on all aspects of the sale, to include valuation of the business, development of a professional marketing plan, generating a competitive bidding process and screening offers from multiple buyers. Additionally, Clear Rock provided oversight to all aspects of due diligence, ensuring a smooth process leading to closing.
